In a medical malpractice action, defendants the Mount Sinai Hospital and Gribetz appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 30, 1976, which granted plaintiff’s motion pursuant to CPLR 3025 (subd [b]) for leave to serve an amended bill of particulars. Order modified by adding thereto a provision that the newly asserted claims of liability in the amended bill of particulars shall be heard before the same or another medical malpractice panel.
