Alleging that delamination of the concrete stucco finish applied to the exterior walls of a tower within the health science facility on the State University of New York at Stony Brook campus in Suffolk County was occasioned by their breach of contract and negligence, plaintiff commenced this suit against tower architect Bertrand Goldberg, construction manager Turner Construction Company, and general contractor Sea Crest Construction Corporation.
