Defendant mother in this divorce action appeals from that part of the judgment which awards custody of the minor son to plaintiff father.
The parties were married on February 10, 1951. Appellant was then seventeen years old, and respondent was nineteen. The son, Robert W., was born August 23, 1952. The parties separated in April, 1954, appellant retaining custody of the child. Respondent began this action on June 15, 1954. Appellant cross-complained for a divorce.
