This case has been so recently before this Court in two previous appeals that any recital of the facts out of which it arises is unnecessary.
All of the essential facts will he found in the very full opinion filed in the case of The American Colonization Society v. Robert Soulsby, et al., 129 Md. 605, and the second of which appeals, decided less than a year ago, will,be found in 131 Maryland, 296.
