CASSIBRY, District Judge:
This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs’ and plaintiff-intervenor’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. Upon consideration of the undisputed facts, the applicable authorities, and the arguments of all parties, it is the decision of the Court that the movants are entitled to the relief sought, and the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is granted. The Court holds, on the particular facts of this case, that the defendants’ layoff and recall practices discriminate on grounds of race, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C.…
