These proceedings were instituted by the filing of the libel by the United States Steel Products Company against the steamship Pennland and Frederick Leyland & Co., Limited, owner, of the Pennland, followed by a libel and amended libels by Frederick Leyland & Co., Limited, as owner of the Penn-land, and bailee of her cargo, against the steamship Anniston City and the United States Steel Products Company.
