Cornelius D. Moore appeals the circuit court’s judgment finding him guilty of assault in the first degree. Moore raises two points on appeal. In his first point on appeal, Moore argues that the circuit court failed to assent to his waiver of a jury trial as required by the Missouri Constitution. Moore contends manifest injustice resulted from this failure because a court rather than a jury found him guilty.
