BENHAM, Justice.
Appellant Andrew Markus Foster was convicted of the felony murder of Waylon George, with conspiracy to commit armed robbery as the underlying felony, and sentenced to life imprisonment.1
The State presented evidence that the victim died in the parking lot of an Acworth apartment complex as a result of a single gunshot wound to his left chest that struck several vital organs and caused extensive internal bleeding.
