The relator has been taken into custody upon a rendition warrant issued by the Governor of this State upon requisition of the Governor of the State of New Jersey, upon the ground that he is a fugitive from justice from that State. There he is charged with the crime of murder of Charles A. Lindbergh, Jr. This child, it is commonly known, was kidnapped. The relator has questioned the legality of his detention and sued out a writ of habeas corpus.
