This is an action in equity in which plaintiff, a resident and taxpayer of the Township of East Rockhill, Bucks County, Pa., seeks to enjoin the said township from paying premiums for the purchase or maintenance of a *764pension plan for the elected supervisors of the township, and, further, to require that the supervisors demand a refund of all premiums paid to date on said pension plan.
