James Howard (“Plaintiff’) appeals from the trial court’s judgment dismissing Plaintiffs medical malpractice lawsuit against defendants Rodrigo Goh, M.D., (“Dr. Goh”) and SSM St. Charles Clinic Medical Group, Inc. (“SSM”). Because Plaintiff untimely filed his health care affidavits pursuant to Section 588.225 RSMo (Cum.Supp.2005) 1 we affirm the trial court’s dismissal.
