for the Court.

The defendant, Victor Arciliares, appeals from a judgment of conviction entered after a jury trial in Providence County Superior Court. The defendant was found guilty of five offenses, most notably murder in the first degree of Alfredo Barros, in violation of G.L.1956 § 11-23-1. This case came before the Supreme Court for argument on October 29, 2014.
