Only one proposition is presented and urged for reversal of the judgment entered by the trial court, and that is the general proposition that the court erred in decreeing that the plaintiff have and recover out of the separate property of the defendant the sum of $873.

After a careful reading of the entire testimony preserved in the record in this case, and eliminating all immaterial matters, the material facts disclosed are in substancte these:
