The hill in this case was filed to recover for an acreage deficiency in a land sale. Grizzard conveyed to Smith a farm in Franklin county, having improvements thereon, for a total consideration of $28,009, which consideration covered certain growing crops and personal property of a value, as determined by the master and chancellor, somewhat in excess of $3,000.
