MEMORANDUM OPINION

The plaintiffs have requested this case be remanded to the state court. The debtor has requested a change of venue to the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. Aside from the procedural issues currently before the court the central issue in the case is who will receive the proceeds of certain life insurance policies insuring the life of Eddie Hadsell (“Hadsell”).
