Petitioners, Papú J. Siofele and Seigafolava R. Pene, seek to run in the upcoming general election for the offices of Governor and Lieutenant Governor respectively.

Respondent Chief Election Officer has found petitioner Siofele ineligible to run for the office of Governor on the determination that petitioner did not satisfy the statutory five year residency requirement. See A.S.C.A. § 4.0102(a)(2).
