Carl L. Miller filed this civil action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) seeking judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security denying his claim for disability insurance benefits (“DIB”) and supplemental security income (“SSI”) under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act. The case has been referred to the under signed magistrate judge for final disposition by consent of the parties pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c) and Local Rule 301.
