CULLEN, Commissioner.

As a result of a collision involving a Greyhound bus, a school-bus of the Hardin County Board of Education, and an automobile driven by Francis E. White, the wife *580and infant daughter of White were injured. They sued the Greyhound Corporation and its bus driver, and the school board and its bus driver. Mr. White also was made a defendant in his wife’s suit. Upon the trial, the court directed a verdict in favor of the school board and its driver, and the jury returned a verdict in favor of Mr. White but against the Greyhound Corporation and its driver, awarding damages of…
