On the 24th day of December, 1869, Elizabeth Edwards, administratrix of James C. Edwards, deceased, made an affidavit, as required by law, that Philetus PI. Holt, as commissioner over Thomas Taylor, a lunatic, was indebted to her, as administratrix aforesaid, the sum of $12,781 25, besides interest, and that said Thomas P'aylor and said Philetus H, Holt, both reside out of this state.
