for the Court:

¶ 1. Maxine Smith, appearing pro se, appeals the decision of the Circuit Court of Scott County, which dismissed her appeal as untimely. She had appealed the decision of the Board of Review (Board) of the Mississippi Department of Employment Security (MDES), which had affirmed the administrative law judge’s (ALJ) denial of unemployment benefits. Agreeing with the circuit court that Smith’s appeal to the circuit court was untimely, we affirm.
