It is with regret that my duty, as I see it, requires that I dissent from the majority view to remand this case for development of additional proof of how the various defendant clubs operate their respective businesses; whether they operate in accordance with Act 132 or they do not. In so doing, I am not unaware that dissenting opinions generate as little attention as a red-headed bastard at a family reunion.
