In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Held, J.), dated June 5, 2007, as denied those branches of her motion which were pursuant to CELR 3126 to strike the answer of the defendants *485Yong Guang Zheng and Elrac, Inc., and for summary judgment on the issue of liability against those defendants.
