Plaintiff seeks to recover damages for an injury to his back *387allegedly sustained while he was performing welding work for his employer, Bechtel Corporation, at a construction site in the Town of Corinth, Saratoga County. Defendants are Curtis-Palmer Hydro-Electric Company, the owner of the site, Sara-toga Development Corporation, a general partner of Curtis-Palmer, and International Paper Company, the general contractor.
