In his motion, the defendant essentially asserts two bases for his claim that his child support obligation should be modified: first, that he was deprived of his constitutional right to due process of law when he signed the acknowledgment of paternity in 1985, and second, that there has been a substantial change in circumstances due to a reduction in his income.
