This is a workmen’s compensation case. G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 152. An award of dependency compensation was made by decree of the Superior Court to the claimant Louise Whittaker, the widow of a deceased employee James Whittaker. Thereafter, “the department of industrial accidents,” G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 152, § 1 (2), consisting of “the industrial accident board,” G. L. (Ter.
