Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Meyerson, J.), rendered July 15, 1993, convicting him of attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review an order of the same court dated June 14, 1993, which, after a hearing, denied the branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence.
