The main objection relied upon for the reversal of the judgment of the county court is, that the levy by the township board of education of a special tax of $25,000.00 upon the property subject to taxation in said school district for the purpose of purchasing a school site and for building purposes, was void upon the ground that the question of extending and levying said special tax was not submitted to the voters of said township at any election held for that purpose.
