On trial by jury in the circuit court for St. Joseph county the defendant was convicted of an assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than the crime of murder, On appeal he seeks a new trial claiming reversible error in denying a motion to quash and dismiss, in charging the jury, and in denying a new trial on the ground that the evidence was not sufficient to prove the defendant guilty of the charge.
