— Jack Stein appeals his convictions of three counts of attempted murder and one count of burglary. We conclude that the court’s instructions erroneously allowed the jury to convict Stein on the basis of vicarious liability without finding that he was legally accountable as an accomplice. Because this is prejudicial error, we reverse.
