Moore v. BellSouth Mobility, Inc.
Court of Appeals of Georgia
1Opinion of the Court
Ruffin, Judge.
Robert Moore sued BellSouth Mobility, Inc., BellSouth Corporation, BellSouth Cellular Corporation, his supervisor, Alex Moraitis, and eight officers and employees, 1 alleging that BellSouth Mobility breached an oral employment contract with Moore and that all other defendants intentionally interfered with his rights under the contract. 2 The defendants moved to dismiss both counts on the ground that Moore failed to state a claim on which relief could be granted, and the trial court granted the motion. Moore appeals. As the trial court ruled correctly, we affirm.
