James M. Lewis appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, following a bench trial, finding him, in accordance with § 552.030, 1 not guilty, by reason of a mental disease or defect excluding responsibility (NGRI), of first-degree assault, in violation of § 565.050, and armed criminal action (ACA), in violation of § 571.015.
