• Those are appeals presented by two’.different parties, against whom' decrees were obtained in the Circuit- Court by the. appellee, Sedgwick, who sued as assignee in bankruptcy of James K. Place and James D. Sparkman, doing .business in the city of New York as partners, under the style of James K. Place & Co.
