1Opinion of the Court

RILEY, Circuit Judge.

Jeffrey Joseph Davis (Davis) appeals his conviction for willful failure to pay his child support obligations, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 228(a)(3) and 228(c)(2). The district court 1 denied Davis’s motion for a judgment of acquittal at the close of the government’s evidence and his renewed motion at the close of all the evidence. Davis argues the district court erred in denying his motions for judgment of acquittal because the government failed to prove Davis’s failure to pay child support was willful. We affirm.
