This action was instituted by the appellee against. C. E. Ferguson, H. A. Bowman and appellant, Weidemeyer, to condemn for street purposes a strip of land. The city engineer testified that the street which the appellee was seeking to open on the land of appellant and others was sixty feet wide and 330 long. The land of appellant taken by it would be a little over .45 of an acre, not quite a half acre.
