BECKER, Judge.

This appeal arises from litigation concerning a vehicular collision between an automobile driven by plaintiff, Alanie Ai-sole, and a school bus driven by defendant, Alice M. Dean. Plaintiffs sued to recover damages for injuries allegedly incurred as a result of the accident. Included as defendants were Alice M. Dean, the driver of the bus; Douglas Dean, Ms. Dean’s husband; Lynn Oaks School Inc., Ms. Dean’s employer and lessee of the school bus; and Elevating Boats, Inc., lessor and owner of the school bus.
