This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Lincoln county, affirming an order of the county court appointing an administrator for the estate of Hazel Ruth Rear-don, deceased.

February 3, 1948, petitioner, resident of Oklahoma county, petitioned the county court for issuance of letters of administration upon the estate of deceased, a resident of the State of California.
