On February 4, 2014, a Grand Jury sitting in the Southern District of New York returned Indictment 14 Cr. 68, charging Ross Ulbricht (“the defendant” or “Ul-bricht”) on four counts for participation in a narcotics trafficking conspiracy (Count One), a continuing criminal enterprise (“CCE”) (Count Two), a computer hacking conspiracy (Count Three), and a money laundering conspiracy (Count Four).
