ORDER

When a business dispute developed among the five shareholders of an Illinois limited liability company, one shareholder allegedly accessed the company email accounts of two of the other shareholders. Based on those emails, three of the shareholders sued the other two shareholders in state court. The two shareholders then turned around and sued the state court plaintiffs in federal court for violations of the Stored Communications Act (“SCA”). 18 U.S.C. §§ 2701-12.
