The plaintiff, as sole surviving trustee, seeks in this suit to account; and, in connection therewith, asks for the direction of the court touching the disposition of the trust fund. By a tripartite deed dated September 13, 1892, between Eugene G. Oruger of the first part, Meta K. Oruger, his wife, of the second part, and Stephen V. B. Oruger and the plaintiff of the third part, Eugene G. Oruger transferred to the parties ■of the third part certain personal property consisting of mortgages, bonds and cash in trust to manage and invest and, after ■deducting all taxes, commissions and necessary…
