WOLLMAN, Justice.
These are appeals from a summary judgment and from an order denying an order to vacate judgment. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
First Bank of South Dakota (National Association) (Bank) brought an action against appellants, Iven and Wilma Felt (the Felts), in July 1982 to recover on six separate promissory notes secured by se curity agreements on cattle, feed, and machinery.
