This is an action for a broker’s commission for the leasing of space in the Wood-Ayer Mills in Lawrence. These are the plaintiff’s exception to the direction of a verdict for the defendants under count 1 which set out an express contract, and the defendants’ exceptions to the denial of their motion for a directed verdict under count 3, which declared on an account annexed, and also to parts of the charge. The jury found for the defendants under count 2.
