This proceeding presents the question as to whether petitioners can lawfully claim lots 17 and 18, block 1, North Boone addition, Pueblo county, Colo., as a homestead exemption to the extent and value of $2,000. The trustee, referee, and District Court disallowed the claim. The material facts as stipulated are as follows:
