Proceeding brought by respondents, neighboring property owners, to review the action of appellants, constituting the Board of Appeals of the Town of Oyster Bay, in granting a permit to the Hicksville Airpark Club, the intervener-appellant, to use a thirty-five acre plot of land located in a residential district at the northwest corner of Robbins Lane and the Long Island Rail Road, as an airpark or aviation field.
