This is a suit by plaintiff, a creditor of Thomas L. Vann, deceased, in the amount of $849.68, naming as defendants Thomas L. Vann, Jr., surviving son and sole heir of the decedent, and Calvin J. Dupont, purchaser of certain real estate, belonging to the succession of the decedent, by conveyance from the defendant, Vann. Plaintiff prayed for an - inventory of the property belonging to the decedent; for judgment against the succession of said decedent recognizing plaintiff as a creditor of said succession in the amount set forth; for judgment decreeing a separation of the property…
