I. FACTS AND BACKGROUND
This matter comes before this Court because the Debtor, Masters, Inc. (“Debtor”), is objecting to the allowance of an unliqui-dated claim in excess of five million ($5,000,000) dollars filed by Mars Stores, Inc. (“Mars”), represented here by the creditor’s trustee (“Creditor”) who was appointed pursuant to the Plan of Reorganization in the Mars’ Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
