The respondent was admitted to. practice as an attorney and counselor at law in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Second Department, on March 8, 1911.
By the petition herein he is charged with professional misconduct in that in five separate instances he converted to his own use the moneys of his clients.
