PRELIMINARY RULING ON FEE APPLICATIONS IN AID OF EVIDENTIARY HEARING
GESELL, District Judge.
It appears to the Court that it is now desirable to schedule proceedings for final determinations of fees and disbursements to be awarded in this litigation. Although additional cases will be filed during the next nine months, approximately 75 percent of the complaints have completed multi-district processing and the plaintiffs in these cases—as demonstrated by the responses filed to date to the fee application—adequately represent all the categories of plaintiffs and the full range of contentions that…
