Eli Killian, of Richland County, in this State, departed this life on the 18th day of December, 1873, seized and possessed, amongst other things, of all that tract of land in said county and State, containing 615 acres, more or less, known as the “Eynch land.” By his last will and testament he appointed his widow, Mrs. Julia Killian, the sole executrix of his said last will and testament, who qualified as such executrix and entered upon the discharge of the duties of her said office soon after the death of her testator.
