This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Betty J. Ostergren’s BRIEF ON INJUNCTIVE RELIEF (Docket Number 26) filed pursuant to the Court’s Order dated August 22, 2008, 2008 WL 3895593. Ostergren seeks to have the injunction previously entered by the Court, which enjoined enforcement of certain provisions of Virginia’s Personal Information Privacy Act against her website as it then-existed, expanded to enjoin enforcement against her website at any time.
