MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SCHEINDLIN, District Judge.
Sarah Schottenstein (“Sarah”) brought this action against her father, Steven Schotten-stein (“Schottenstein”), and his employer, M/I Homes, Inc. (“M/I Homes”), alleging, inter alia, violations of the Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments and seeking habeas corpus relief on behalf of her two minor sisters, Ashley and Abby Schottenstein.
